Common Glow

Common Glow support

A little help with questions, progress and purchases.

Contact

Email hello@herdinglabs.com with “Common Glow” in the subject. Include your app version, iOS version and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help, but leave out private information and conversation answers.

Using one phone together

Reveal a question and answer out loud. Either person can pass, ask for something lighter, or finish. In Preferences, change the categories and topics in your mix. Common Glow is for couples who are both 18 or older. It is a conversation game, not therapy or a way to resolve conflict.

The free questions and full library

The starter set has 21 curated questions you can revisit. An optional one-time purchase unlocks the current 365-question library. It is not a subscription. Future expansions are not included promises. Your settings continue to control which questions can appear after unlocking.

Restoring a purchase

Use Restore purchase in the full-library offer, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple handles the purchase and restore check, so an internet connection may be needed. If the product or store is unavailable, try again later. A restore brings back library access, not your conversation progress. For billing or refund requests, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Progress, resets and a new phone

Settings and progress stay on the device. This version has no account, sync or export feature, and saved app data is excluded from device backups. Removing the app can permanently remove progress.

Preferences → Your data includes Reset question history, Reset progress and Erase everything. Read the confirmation before choosing: the actions affect different records and cannot be undone in the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Reminders and read aloud

Reminders are optional local notifications. Enable them in the app and allow notifications in iOS Settings. Read aloud speaks the question text; the app does not record your answer.

If a question does not fit

Pass, ask for something lighter, change your categories or topics, or stop for now. Intimacy talk includes questions about sex in the full library. You can leave that category out. Talking about sex is not consent to sexual activity.
