Privacy Policy - Mynim

Effective date: March 2026. Mynim is a tracking tool. Health-related information you enter is not sold and is not used for advertising.

1. The short version

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share health-related entries with insurers or employers.
• We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
• You can request export or deletion by emailing hello@herdinglabs.com.

2. Information Mynim may collect or process

Depending on how you use the app, Mynim may process:

• Tracking data you enter (for example: dose logs, injection site history, weight entries, wellness notes).
• Account and device identifiers needed to keep the app working (for example: login identifiers, subscription status via Apple).
• Diagnostics such as crash logs or basic performance events used to improve reliability.

Payments: subscriptions and billing are handled by Apple. Herding Labs does not receive your full payment card details.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide core tracking features, show history, support reminders you enable, improve stability, and respond to support requests.

4. AI features

Mynim does not require AI processing as a core feature. If optional AI features are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe what data is sent, to whom, and for what purpose before those features are enabled.

5. Sharing and third parties

Mynim uses third-party services to operate, including Apple (StoreKit) for subscriptions and billing. If we use infrastructure vendors (for example, hosting or analytics), they are used only to provide app operations and are not permitted to use your data for unrelated marketing.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@herdinglabs.com. You can also stop using Mynim at any time by removing the app and managing subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take security seriously.

9. Childrens privacy

Mynim is intended for users age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

Policy updates may occur to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. Revised versions will include an updated effective date and additional notice when required.
