What to include (so I can help fast)
- App name and version
- Device: iPhone/iPad model
- iOS version: (Settings → General → About)
- What happened: what you expected vs what you saw
- Steps to reproduce: 1–2–3, if you can
- Screenshots: optional, but usually clutch
Subscriptions, trials, renewals, and refunds
All subscriptions are handled by Apple (StoreKit). If something looks wrong, tell me what youre seeing and your Apple account region, and Ill help you figure it out. Refund requests are ultimately processed by Apple, but Ill point you to the right path.
Bug reports
If the app is crashing, freezing, or showing weird UI, the best email is the one that includes your device + iOS version and the exact screen you were on. If it only happens sometimes, tell me how often.
Feature requests
Tell me the problem youre trying to solve, not just the feature. The best ideas are the ones that save you time or reduce the amount of thinking you have to do.
Data export or deletion
Request export or deletion by emailing support@herdinglabs.com from the address you use in the app (if applicable). Ill confirm what I can delete (and what Apple controls) and message you when its complete.
